Dr. Barry Kerzin, doctor &
adviser to the Dalai Lama
speak on the need for
compassion in business.

Speaker: Dr. Barry Kerzin
Dr. Kerzin is an American physician and Buddhist monk.  He has lived in Dharamsala since 1988 and services as a personal physician and advisor to the 14th Dalai Lama.  He travels widely, teaching and offering workshops in which he blends Buddhist teaching and his medical training, emphasizing the spiritual benefits of meditation and compassion.

This is a moderated talk. 

Audience: 40-50.

Press: There will be no press at the event.  The McGill Alumni Association will have a photographer to record the event and may use photos / video of the event in its promotional materials.

Admission: JPY 5,000 Advance, 5,500 at the door.  Profits from the event will be donated to the Human Values Institute, Japan, of which Dr. Kerzin is the Chairperson.
