CCCJ is happy to annouce, together with (as of now) six other chambers of commerce in Japan, we will take part / organize a special treat for all our wintersport, snow resort and onsen loving members.
On the weekend of Jan. 25/26, 2020, we will get together with some one hundred members of other chambers to enjoy a fun day with a ski / snowboard race in the morning and a great networking and award party in the evening.

The X-Treme Rugby “Support Kamaishi” shirts are available exclusively through the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Japan. These shirts were created by the Chamber’s “Team Canada” committee, with the goal of supporting the community in and around the Tohoku city of Kamaishi. The committee has made a commitment to support Kamaishi starting with Canada’s Rugby World Cup game hosted at the Kamaishi Recovery Stadium in 2019, and continuing on with a lasting legacy, and connection between Canada and Kamaishi.

The Rugby World Cup (RWC) 2019 is already delivering a huge impact for Japan. According to World Rugby, the RWC 2019 has been making records with the biggest ever official merchandise program. Fan engagement is also high, with 270,000 already having attended Fan Zones as of late September, and a 25.5 rating for NTV broadcast of opening match.
