In celebration of its 69th anniversary, the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) proudly presents this special webinar event to promote awareness about current and future innovations in arbitration in Japan and at the JCAA, including the use of AI and technology in evidence gathering and administration of arbitration cases, as well as the innovative features aimed at expedited case resolution embodied in the JCAA’s Interactive Arbitration Rules.

CCCJ along with Evergreen Outdoor Center, a Small Business Member, will be hosting the ‘Canadian Thanksgiving Get-a-Way’ in the Japan Alps this coming Thanksgiving (Sports Day in Japan) three day long weekend in Hakuba. Many of you know Evergreen Outdoor Center for their Summer Camps or robust ski school programs in Hakuba. The Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (JIDRC), Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), and European Business Council in Japan (EBC) proudly present this special hybrid event. Join us for an on-site/virtual tour of the JIDRC’s state-of-the-art facilities followed by a talk about the latest developments in international arbitration in Japan. Representatives from the JIDRC and the JCAA will discuss what Japan has done right in the last five years and what it can do in the next five years to become a preferred seat of arbitration.
