Profile
Sean McGinty has been a faculty member at Nagoya University’s Graduate School of Law since 2012, where he teaches a variety of law courses in the G30 Program. His research is mainly in the field of commercial and private law in both Japan and Canada, though he has also contributed to projects in other areas including constitutional law and the law of criminal procedure.
